Missing or Damaged Parts
Identify the part, keep the evidence and choose the correct service route.
Find Support for Your Product
Find Support for Your Product
Start with a product name, model or SKU. Then check the matching instructions before assembling, adjusting or requesting a part.
Where is my model number?
Check the product label, carton label, manual cover and purchase information. If the details disagree, ask Product Support to identify the product before using instructions.
Do not enter a serial number in public search. Serial identification and service history require a private, verified service route. If a serial is not recognized, check the label or ask support; do not assume the product is unsupported.

- Missing part inside a delivered carton
Compare all delivered cartons with the model parts list. Record the part ID, quantity and carton label.
Report a missing part - Damaged or defective component
Photograph the whole product, affected part and carton condition. The team reviews the evidence and applicable coverage.
Report a damaged component - Lost or damaged during use
Request a replacement quote after compatibility is checked. Paid replacements are separate from missing-part or warranty decisions.

Before Sending a Parts Request
- Identify the product
Record model, SKU, revision and serial number if shown. Keep order or retailer purchase information.
- Check every carton
Compare the carton labels and all contents with the matching manual. Do not treat a whole undelivered carton as an internal parts shortage.
- Identify the part
Record the customer-facing part ID or diagram position and quantity. Do not substitute a similar-looking part.
- Keep evidence
Save overall and close-up photos, carton labels and proof of purchase. The current form asks you to send photos when support replies.
- Send the request
Select the relevant issue in the existing request form. A request is subject to review; it does not create an approved replacement order.
A Whole Carton Did Not Arrive?
Shipment, tracking and carton delivery issues belong with Customer Care. A missing component inside cartons that were delivered belongs with Product Support.
