How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, choose the shed you like, and add it to your cart. Keep an eye out. We regularly run random discounts that may be applied automatically at checkout.

Do I need to create an account before placing an order?

Not necessary, an account isn't a must. You're welcome to check out as a guest. If you'd like to hear about new arrivals and product stories, you can create your account and subscribe to our emails.

How can I check whether a product is in stock?

Each product page shows a stock indicator. It tells you whether the item is currently available, and where relevant, how many units are left.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Affirm, Google Pay as well as almost all major credit cards.

Do you offer instalment payment options?

Yes. Since our sheds are a higher ticket purchase, instalment payment is available at checkout.

How do I use a discount or promotional code?

Copy the code from wherever you received it, such as a product page, coupon, or email. At checkout, paste it into the discount code field. The final price will be calculated automatically.

Can I use more than one discount code on the same order?

This depends on the order. If you're purchasing in bulk for business use, or your order total reaches a qualifying amount, please email us. Our team will review your order and apply an appropriate discount.

Why is my promotional code not working?

First, check whether the code is still within its valid usage period. If it still doesn't work, please contact us. We'll help resolve it as quickly as possible.

How do I know whether my order has been confirmed?

You'll see a confirmation notice on the "Order Successful" page once your order goes through.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Order changes, such as your delivery address, are only possible within a limited window after the order is placed. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has entered processing or dispatch, we may not be able to help.

How do I know where my order has been?

Click "Track Order" and enter your tracking number to see your shipment's current location and status.

Can I change the product size, colour or model in my order?

Unfortunately not. Our sheds are large delivery items, so once your order has left the warehouse for dispatch, changes to size, colour, or model can no longer be made.

Can I add another product to an existing order?

You can't add items directly to an order that's already been placed. You'll need to place a new order instead. If you'd like the two orders shipped together, just let us know via email or live chat and we'll coordinate that for you.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, as long as the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Please contact our customer service team within 2 hours of placing your order to request the change.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service team via email or live chat as soon as possible with your order number. We can cancel orders that haven't yet been dispatched.

Can I cancel an order after it has been dispatched?

Once an order has been dispatched, it generally can't be cancelled. Please contact customer service to check the options available for your specific order.

What happens if an item becomes unavailable after I place my order?

If part of your order is missing or unavailable when your package arrives, please take a photo of what you received and send it to us. We'll review it and arrange a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Can I pre-order an out-of-stock product?

Yes, all of our product series support pre-order. When we release new arrivals, you're welcome to place a pre-order. Pre-order lead time is typically 10 to 15 business days.

Where can I find my invoice or receipt?

A printed invoice isn't included with standard orders. If you'd like a receipt, please email us via the Contact Us page and we'll send you an electronic invoice promptly.

Can I return or exchange a product if I change my mind?

This depends on your order status. If your shed has already shipped from the warehouse, or you've received it in good condition, returns and exchanges generally aren't supported. However, if you've only just placed your order, within a few minutes, and change your mind, contact us and we can cancel it for you.
