Shop Pay Installments or other financing options are available only when offered for your checkout and approved by the relevant provider. Do not assume every order qualifies. Review the payment options shown for your actual purchase.

Review the terms before accepting

  • The lender or payment provider identified in the offer.
  • The total amount, down payment and repayment schedule.
  • The applicable APR, fees and total repayment amount.
  • Eligibility, approval requirements and any restrictions.

Manage an existing installment plan

Use the account or app of the provider named in your checkout agreement for payment dates, balances, missed-payment questions or account changes. Customer Care can help with your TERKKIN order; the provider manages financing terms.

Returns and financed orders

Request cancellation or returns through the relevant order support process. An approved refund is sent through the original payment provider and may change the balance or repayment schedule under its terms. See Refunds.
