To activate extended commercial limited warranty coverage and receive direct manufacturer parts support in eligible markets, please register your TERKKIN product within 90 days of the original purchase date.

1. Warranty Coverage Overview

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship of covered components under normal private residential use, provided that the product meets the following conditions:

  • Properly assembled

  • Installed on a solid, level, and stable foundation

  • Properly anchored according to the user manual

  • Used and maintained in accordance with TERKKIN guidelines

  • Supported by valid proof of purchase when required

2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage, costs, or issues resulting from:

  • Improper assembly

  • Improper or unstable foundation

  • Failure to anchor or inadequate anchoring

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Commercial use, unless explicitly covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Fading, discoloration, or cosmetic aging

  • Weather-related damage

  • Acts of nature, including storms, flooding, wind, snow, and similar events

  • Labor or installation costs

  • Dismantling or reassembly costs

  • Loss or damage to stored items

3. Extended Warranty Availability

TERKKIN extended commercial warranty is available only in the following markets:

United Kingdom
France
Germany

In all other regions, extended warranty coverage is only available if explicitly stated in:

  • Local TERKKIN website

  • Product detail page, or PDP

  • Product manual

  • Warranty card

  • Written agreement from TERKKIN

Products sold outside eligible markets are covered by:

  • TERKKIN Basic Limited Manufacturer Warranty

  • Applicable statutory consumer rights

  • Seller or retailer-provided warranties

4. Important Legal Notice

The TERKKIN commercial limited warranty is provided voluntarily and is in addition to your legal rights.

It does not replace, limit, or reduce any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Important:

  • Registration within 90 days is required to activate extended warranty benefits, unless prohibited by law.

8. Foundation and Anchoring Requirements

Proper installation is essential for safety, stability, and warranty validity.

Foundation Requirements

The product must be installed on a foundation that is:

  • Solid

  • Level

  • Stable

  • Well-drained

  • Properly elevated

  • Approved by the user manual

Acceptable Foundation Types

Anchoring Requirements

The product must be anchored immediately after assembly according to the user manual.
