Receiving Your TERKKIN Order
Count cartons and document their condition before you begin assembly.
Before delivery
Read the shipment details, prepare the delivery area and arrange help for heavy cartons. For freight, be available during your confirmed appointment and keep your phone accessible.
At handoff
- Count the cartons against the shipping and delivery records.
- Check labels for the order, model and carton sequence.
- Inspect the outside of each carton and photograph visible damage.
- Note missing cartons or visible damage on the delivery receipt where possible and keep a copy.
After delivery
Keep the carton labels, packaging and paperwork while you check the contents. Unpack carefully for inspection. Confirm that all required cartons are delivered before treating the order as complete or starting assembly.
A carton is missing
Check all shipment tracking numbers first; cartons may arrive separately. If a required carton remains unaccounted for, use Delivery Problems and provide the received carton labels.
All cartons arrived but a part is missing
Compare the contents with the product parts list. A missing component inside delivered cartons belongs with Product Support, not a missing-shipment report.
