Troubleshooting
Start with the symptom and your model. Use the applicable instructions before making adjustments.
Find Support for Your Product
Find Support for Your Product
Start with a product name, model or SKU. Then check the matching instructions before assembling, adjusting or requesting a part.
Where is my model number?
Check the product label, carton label, manual cover and purchase information. If the details disagree, ask Product Support to identify the product before using instructions.
Do not enter a serial number in public search. Serial identification and service history require a private, verified service route. If a serial is not recognized, check the label or ask support; do not assume the product is unsupported.

- Confirm the exact model and read the matching manual section.
- Record the symptom, when it began and any recent assembly or adjustment.
- Check visible part orientation, base level and frame alignment only where the manual permits.
- Stop the affected work or use if there is a structural, electrical, gas or other safety concern.
Work Through the Symptom
These are initial checks, not a verified model-specific repair procedure. Use the exact manual or request a technical review.
Door or lock will not close
Record the contact point, gaps and whether the base or frame appears out of alignment. Do not force the door or change hardware positions without model instructions.
Parts do not align during assembly
Check part IDs, orientation and the preceding manual steps. Stop before drilling new holes or modifying components.
Water or condensation
Record where and when moisture appears, weather conditions and visible drainage or ventilation obstructions. Do not assume leakage and condensation have the same cause.
Prepare a Technical Review
- Symptoms

- Checks already completed
List the manual steps checked and what changed, without guessing the cause.
- Affected parts and instructions
Include part IDs, diagram positions and the related manual page or step.
- Model and evidence
Send model / revision, purchase information, an overall photo and close-ups.
