Installation & Site Preparation

Prepare the site and foundation using the requirements for your exact TERKKIN model.

Find Support for Your Product

Start with a product name, model or SKU. Then check the matching instructions before assembling, adjusting or requesting a part.

Where is my model number?

Check the product label, carton label, manual cover and purchase information. If the details disagree, ask Product Support to identify the product before using instructions.

Do not enter a serial number in public search. Serial identification and service history require a private, verified service route. If a serial is not recognized, check the label or ask support; do not assume the product is unsupported.

Before You Assemble

  • Site & access

Confirm location, access, clearances, drainage and any applicable local requirements before opening the assembly sequence.

  • Foundation & anchoring

Use the foundation dimensions, leveling and anchoring instructions for your model. General guides do not replace those requirements.

  • Parts check

Check every carton against the matching manual. Keep carton labels and identify each part before assembly.

  • Tools & crew

Review the model manual for tools, protective equipment, number of people and assembly conditions. Do not estimate these from another model.

Prepare the Site

  1. Identify the exact model

Use the product label, order information and matching manual. Check any addenda before work begins.

  2. Check the location

Review access, clearances, drainage, ground conditions and any applicable local approvals.

  3. Confirm the foundation

Check the model footprint, foundation type and leveling requirements. Do not choose slab dimensions, footing depths or anchors from a different model.

  4. Plan assembly

Review tools, crew, weather conditions and the safe assembly sequence in the manual.

  5. Count parts

Check every carton against the parts checklist. Resolve shortages or damage before starting the affected step.

Foundation & Anchoring

The final dimensions, fixing pattern, anchor specification and any load limits must come from the exact model instructions and applicable site requirements. If these details are missing, pause the installation and ask Product Support to confirm them.

Do not use a generic foundation guide as the final engineering specification.
